today: 07/31/14

What I did today:

It is currently 10:20 pm and I have already babysat for approximately 11 hours.
Yes.
11 hours.
That is life of an unemployed teenager.
I'm here until 1am but the kid is asleep so I'm just watching Netflix, YouTube and TED Talks trying to stay awake.

Also:
*I built a LEGO CRUISE SHIP (it was surprisingly fun, lego isn't that bad)
*I finally tried the Caramel Corn tea from David's Tea and I LOVE IT (totally buying a tin of it)
*I just watch the first TED Talk of the "Life Hack" series. Its called Your Body Language Shapes Who You Are, by Amy Cuddy, it was very inspiring.
*I've been majorly slacking on the squat challenge...I keep skipping days but I'll be happy if I can do the 250 squats in 60 days instead of 30 days so I'm gonna keep on going. (yes, I've done todays: 105 woot woot!!)

What I wore today:

It has been an extremely casual day today, I knew that I would need to be comfortable if I was going to be with children practically every waking hour.

OOTD:
Blue jersey tee from H&M
Black Lululemon leggings
Pink Nike flip flops
MEC back pack
Field hockey crew neck from my school
(trust me, its a good thing that there isn't a picture)

FOTD:
Maybelline Fit Me concealer in 10 Light (blended with a Precision Blending Wedge)
MAC Studio Fix powder in NW20 (applied with the e.l.f Studio Complexion Brush)
Maybelline The Rocket Volume mascara (waterproof formula) in Blackest Black
Rimmel Scandaleyes Liner in Nude (in the waterline)
Wet n' Wild Color Icon blush in Pearlescent Pink

In conclusion & plans for tomorrow...

The good thing is: I made money today. Which is awesome because I'm driving to Chicago with my best friend,Victoria, and her parents a week from today (on August 7th) and were planning to do a little bit of shopping. Were also planning to do some shopping tomorrow (at Brandy Melville and H&M in particular, because I saw some things I would like to pick up) after a spinning class we signed up for at the gym together!

Thanks for reading
xoxo Nadia
